Luke carries 2 crosses to Wohlan (sire of Mr. T and ancestor to numerous other sporthorses) and 3 crosses to Senator (ancestor to top jumper, E>T> FRH, and Top 10 dressage sire, Grundstein 1). In addition, his sire contributes the blood of such famous sires as Lugano 1 (Han), Poet xx, and Traumgeist xx, while his dam adds Gotthard (Han), Domspatx (Han), Deith (Trak), Neartic xx, Hill Prince xx, and Bull Page xx. His pedigree provides a balance between diversity and linebreeding.
He has been successfully used on Thoroughbreds and Warmbloods and his get are in the jumper and dressage rings, both in Alberta, B.C. and in the USA.
One of his pony foals, Micah Boy, out of a Welsh mare, at 2 months of age won a first, a Junior Champion and then Reserve Grand Champion at the Pony Show in Red Deer.
Luke has some pony get which are pretty and have very good movements, with a sizable jump. He has never been ridden due to an accident when he was a foal. He is very handleable and produces typey offspring.
